🦕 Today is my son Luke’s 6th birthday 🥳 WOW does time just seem to fly. This morning I’ve been reflecting on the Joy that my son has been in my life. I was reminded of this #VerseOfTheDay because sometimes being a parent can be overwhelming. And in our world today, being a parent is often looked down on as a chore or an inconvenience. But parenting is one of the greatest gifts that we can receive from our creator. We are told all the way back in Genesis to be fruitful and multiply. There is no greater gift, besides our salvation in Jesus, than the gift of having children as a married couple. So instead of celebrating and promoting #dinklife as a society (nothing wrong with that temporary season of life when in the correct mindset) let’s celebrate being #parentslet’s celebrate our children. Let’s celebrate the fact that #lifeisagift let’s celebrate the fact that children are a heritage of Adonai! Happy birthday my son! I love you and the Lord loves you! ”‘Adonai bless you and keep you!
